About Me

Growing up in a Texas family with a deep love of the arts, I was introduced to theatre, music, and dance from a very young age. I started ballet class in my hometown of Fort Worth at age 3 and got my first "starring role" as one of the 3 turkeys in our kindergarten Thanksgiving play. As silly as it sounds, from then on I was hooked. I joined the children's choir at my church soon after and have been acting, singing, and dancing ever since. I participated in every school play and choir, took dance and voice lessons, and joined community theatre groups.

I had always known this would be my career but made it official when I attended Oklahoma City University on a full scholarship and received my BFA in Acting. There I received great training and was able to participate in many productions. I spent several summers of college performing on the Outer Banks of North Carolina in The Lost Colony.

After college, I returned to the Dallas theatre scene for a year and got some more real world experience under my belt. I decided I wanted more training and that it was time for the big move to NYC so I auditioned for and was accepted to Circle In The Square Theatre School's 2 Year Professional Musical Theatre Program. I graduated in June of 2016 and have been auditioning and working in my new home of NYC up until 2020 and the pandemic. Covid brought me home to Texas to help my family and I've been lucky to have consistent work as a Dallas area for the past few years. I now consider myself to be based in both New York and Dallas, at least for the time being.

Outside of theatre, I love reading, baking, sewing, and traveling. Thanks for checking out my website. Have fun looking around and please contact me with any questions!
